*JAYLAJOY offers Returns for store credit ONLY.
NO REFUNDS NO EXCEPTIONS. NO CANCELLATIONS.

No changes or cancellations can be made to an order once it is placed. Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving order to receive store credit. After the 7th day the purchase is considered final sale.

Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and have all original tags in place to be eligible for a return. Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. It will not be accepted.

Swimwear and Accessories are FINAL SALE.
Undergarments, bathing suits and bodysuits are exempt from being returned.

Items marked FINAL SALE, are not eligible for exchange, or store credit.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.
